These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any person (“you”, “your”) who uses our services or submits personal information through forms, including via social media ads or our website.

StratEdge Marketing Solutions is a South African marketing agency that offers a range of digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

Paid advertising (e.g., TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Website design and development
Content creation
Email marketing
Marketing strategy consulting
We also assist clients in regulated industries (such as insurance and financial services) with lead generation campaigns that connect consumers with authorised service providers. While we may facilitate connections between consumers and third-party service providers (such as insurers), StratEdge Marketing Solutions is not a financial service provider and does not sell, underwrite, or administer insurance products directly. Any quotes, offers, or policy information provided as part of these services come directly from licensed third parties.
3. Eligibility
You must be [insert age, e.g. 18 or older] and a South African resident to be eligible. All offers, premiums and products are subject to the insurer’s underwriting and risk profile assessments.
4. No guarantee of acceptance
Submission of a quote request does not guarantee acceptance of cover. Final acceptance is at the discretion of the insurer based on their criteria. Any premium, cover amounts, or terms stated are subject to adjustment.
5. Fees
There is no fee for requesting a quote through us. Any costs associated with the insurance product or policy will be payable to the insurer, as per their terms.

You agree that we may use your personal information to contact you (phone / SMS / email) to respond to your quote request, provide service information, or for marketing if you opted in.
7. Liability
We do our best to ensure the services and information provided are accurate and up‑to‑date, but we do not guarantee their completeness or error‑free status. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on our information, except where required by law.
8. Disclaimers

9. Intellectual property
All branding, logos, website content, and materials are the property of StratEdge Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce or use them without express permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services or refuse quote requests if you breach these Terms, misuse our service, or provide false, misleading or incomplete information.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and your continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
